A complete, project-configured filtration station that brings filter banks, manifolds, valves, controls and backwash logic together before the system reaches site.

Pre-engineered. Factory-tested. Ready to connect.
01 / Engineer
Define the water source, duty point, filtration sequence and station interfaces.
02 / Assemble
Arrange filter banks, manifolds, valves, controls and instrumentation as one package.
03 / Test
Verify pressure integrity, backwash operation and control logic before dispatch.
04 / Connect
Coordinate the defined inlet, outlet, power and drain interfaces at site.
What problem does the station solve?
Reduce field complexity
Fewer separate suppliers, fewer site-built connections and a clearer system boundary for commissioning.
Reduce coordination risk
One integrated package creates a defined technical interface between the filtration station and irrigation network.
Reduce manual intervention
Automatic backwash and project-specific control logic support more predictable operation.
Plan for expansion
Parallel station architecture can support future capacity growth where the engineering design allows it.
How the system works
Water Source → Pre-filtration → Main Filtration → Automatic Backwash → Irrigation Network
The filtration sequence is selected from water quality, peak flow, target filtration degree and operating pressure. Disc, media and self-cleaning screen technologies may be used individually or as a multi-stage system.
What can be integrated
Filtration
Filter bank, pre-filtration stage, main filtration stage and automatic backwash components.
Hydraulics
Manifold, valves, pressure gauges, drain routing and project-defined connection interfaces.
Automation
PLC or controller, differential pressure logic, backwash sequence and optional fertigation interface.
Sizing inputs
Every recommendation starts with the same engineering inputs: water source, peak flow, required filtration, working pressure, crop, farm area and irrigation hours. Final flow, micron, pressure, material and interface data are confirmed in the project proposal.
Modular expansion
1 Station
Initial project duty with defined interfaces.
2 Stations
Parallel capacity for a larger duty or staged investment.
3+ Stations
Multi-station architecture for major commercial agriculture projects.
Frequently asked questions
Is every station containerized?
No. The delivery format may be a skid, modular frame or containerized station depending on transport, climate, service access and project requirements.
Can Delta AgriFlow support installation and commissioning?
Project-specific documentation, remote technical support and commissioning support can be defined in the commercial proposal.
What information is required for a recommendation?
At minimum: water source, peak flow, target filtration, working pressure, current problem and target commissioning date.
